この研究は、骨折介入試験 (FIT) で 3 ~ 6 年間アレンドロネートを投与された女性を対象に実施されました。
FLEX 研究の参加者は、アレンドロネート治療の継続または中止が骨密度および骨の生化学的マーカーに及ぼす影響を評価するために、今後 5 年間、アレンドロネート (5 または 10 mg/日) または対応するプラセボを投与される群に無作為に割り付けられました。ひっくり返す。

包含基準:
- この研究に参加する資格を得るには、女性は以前に骨折介入試験(FIT)に参加し、FITでアレンドロネートで治療されたグループの一員である必要がありました.
- FIT試験では少なくとも3年間アレンドロネートによる治療を受けている必要がありました。
- さらに、股関節の骨密度 (BMD) を FIT 開始時よりも改善する必要がありました。
除外基準:
- アレンドロネート療法を禁忌とする状態にある場合、および骨粗鬆症の治療のために他の薬を使用した可能性がある場合、患者は除外されました。
- 股関節のBMDが特定のレベルを下回った場合(Tスコア<=-3.5)、女性も除外されました。つまり、若年成人女性の平均より 3.5 標準偏差以上低い場合
