外傷後にアーラウ外傷センターに到着したすべての救急患者の、損傷に関連する可能性のある入院前および病院内の人口統計的要因、プロセス変数および結果パラメーターに関する登録。

重大な外傷が疑われる外傷後(受傷後24時間未満)、アーラウ州立病院で治療を受けたすべての救急患者
説明
包含基準:
- 重大な外傷: 新規傷害重症度スコア (NISS) >=8
- 長期的な結果を得るには、ドイツ語をしっかりと理解でき、郵送による質問票に自分で回答できる患者のみが必要です。
除外基準:
- トラウマがない
- アーラウ州立病院到着の24時間以上前に負傷
- NISS<8
- 長期転帰の場合:患者はドイツ語に自信がなく、郵送による質問票に自分で答えることができない(死亡、連絡が取れない、参加拒否、認知症、年齢<16歳など)。症例を分類してまとめたものは、研究の偏りの可能性を排除することになっています。
