調査の概要
詳細な説明
訪問 1:
同意を確認して署名した後、被験者はスクリーニングされます。 スクリーニングは以下で構成されます。
IIEF (勃起機能の国際指標) と食物摂取頻度アンケートに記入してください。
病歴、投薬の記録 身長と体重の測定 バイタル 総テストステロン、性ホルモン結合グロブリン、および TSH (甲状腺刺激ホルモン) の採血 被験者は性器の発疹または病変の存在に関して質問されます
IIEF スコアが異常である場合、被験者は PCP (一次医療提供者) に連絡するように勧められます。
被験者には、ラボでのテスト結果が連絡されます。 異常な場合、被験者は PCP に連絡するようにアドバイスされます。
被験者に PCP がない場合は、PCP の連絡先情報が提供されます。 包含および除外基準を満たす被験者は、シーケンス1またはシーケンス2のいずれかにランダム化されます。 登録後、被験者は、食事が提供される2晩と丸2日間を除いて、研究期間中ずっと食習慣を変更しません(下記参照)。

訪問 5:

- 被験者は、Rigiscan™ 記録の少なくとも 2 日前と、Rigiscan™ 記録の昼夜を問わず、すべての違法薬物、NSAID、およびアルコールを避けることに同意します。
- 被験者は、Rigiscan™ を配置する前の少なくとも 36 時間は性行為を控え、Rigiscan™ 記録の昼夜を問わず性行為を行わないことに同意します。
- 対象者は、Rigiscan™ 記録の昼と夜の少なくとも 36 時間前、および Rigiscan™ 記録の昼と夜にエロチックまたはポルノの資料を表示、読み取り、またはその他の方法で消費しないことに同意します。
