Associate QA Analyst

Job Overview
Under general supervision, conducts quality assurance testing of highly complex software applications.

Essential Functions
2-6 years prior experience in the Software Testing/QA function
•    Strong Knowledge on Test Automation using Selenium with C#.
•    Strong knowledge on UI automation concepts using Selenium Web Driver.
•    Strong knowledge of BDD/testing Framework using SpecFlow/ cucumber.
•    Strong knowledge on Functional and manual Testing.
•    Strong Knowledge in Continuous Integration /Development concepts.
•    Strong Knowledge on SpecFlow and experience in any CI Tools like (Team City, Jenkins etc..).
•    Work with bug tracking system to record, trace and drive to resolution defects and issues discovered.
•    Extensive Knowledge on Testing Process, Requirement Analysis, Effort estimation.
•    Good analytical skills and communications skills.
•    Good understanding of agile methodology.
•    Support development team in issues reproduction and root cause analysis
•    Experience in managing Defect tracking tools like : JIRA, Zephyr

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience required
• Two (2) or more years related experience in quality assurance and testing Required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven technical writing abilities
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability and logical thinking capabilities
• Excellent inter-personal skills, working in collaboration with onshore and offshore teams
• Proven ability to work independent and productively
• Adaptive for change and implementing new technologies & process
• Should be proactive with a zeal to learn and have an inquisitive attitude
