Function

Responsible for the delivery of clinical reports to NHS GP Surgeries in Primary Care. The role requires communicating with staff members at NHS GP Surgeries and the use of NHS clinical systems and other IT systems/software, which we will provide all training for internally.

Location

Head Office (Leeds) Hybrid working – minimum 2 days a week in the office

 Principle Responsibilities:

This is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by organisational requirements / the business objectives of the organisation.

  • Liaise with NHS Partners e.g. Practice Managers and/or GPs who receive a relevant service from the company, ensuring services are delivered on time.
  • Liaise and develop effective working relationships with all ICS staff, particularly the head office Sales and Commercial team.
  • Work alongside & support the field-based pharmacists in data preparation.
  • Operate the NHS Primary Care clinical systems, to prepare Excel based reports– All training provided internally.
  • Work to KPI’s and targets, ensuring work is completely in a timely manner and to a high standard. 
  • Co-ordinate work streams with team members and other departments, principally the Sales and Commercial department.
  • Communicate information in a range of written and verbal formats to clinical, non-clinical, IT literate and non-computer competent audiences.
  • Take ownership of own work ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest quality.
  • Adhere to the company Data Confidentiality and Information Governance policies.
