Job description, responsibilities and duties:

Main responsibilities

  • Contract maintenance, reviewing financial terms of contracts
  • Reviewing compliance of billing requests with company policies, and pricing & billing models used
  • Automated and manual billing, posting of invoices, and delivering invoices to customers either (incl. uploads of invoices to customer portals)
  • Revenue recognition, and revenue posting
  • Preparation of required documents for month-end-close for local finance team
  • Training local offices staff how to manage and submit billing requests
  • Processing accruals and other items related to revenue/product/client transfers
  • Organization of monthly calls with local offices, to discuss issues, progress, query resolution
  • Maintain country specific documentation needed for processing and keep them updated
  • Preparation of samples for SOX audits

Required skills/Characteristics:

  • Commercial / Business field of study is an advantage
  • 2-year experience in business administration or invoicing (billing) or customer support
  • Tool knowledge (SAP, Oracle) is an advantage

  • Service and customer centric approach
  • Open to take over new challenges, and easily adapt to changes
  • Punctual and accountable, efficiency oriented, solution focused
