Job Summary The HR Onboarding & Diversity Program Coordinator will support both the Global Onboarding and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) teams on a variety of global projects and actions designed to build and maintain a best-in-class onboarding experience, support workforce acclimation and integration strategies, and promote the inclusion of all employees through a variety of engagement and talent retention activities. This will be accomplished by performing administrative and project support for the development, coordination and delivery of various people priorities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Help execute and coordinate onboarding and diversity events and programming, such as new talent networking and socialization opportunities, ERGs and Cultural/Heritage planning.

•    Manage the virtual Global Onboarding Program’s schedule coordination, metrics, tools, and processes for new talent and newly acquired employees utilizing a variety of tools and software applications (e.g., Smartsheet, Power BI, etc.)

•    Refine, organize and maintain existing onboarding and DE&I materials/processes

•    Support Global Onboarding Champions and Diversity Program Ambassadors.

•    Serve as backup for virtual onboarding champion and facilitate virtual sessions when needed

•    Maintain and help create new content for the new employee and DE&I portals (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.) to promote socialization, engagement, connection, belonging, and to enhance the new hire and existing employee experience

•    Support the creation of onboarding and diversity resources and learning modules

•    Coordinate and distribute surveys to collect feedback from key stakeholders; support data analysis to identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience

•    Support the administration of vendor contracts and related billing and accounts payment management

•    Track global orientation participation and attendance records for all new talent, and provide reporting as needed

•    Maintain masters of global onboarding tools and materials, such as Cultural and Foundational Orientation materials and their global translations and translated videos

•    Escalate issues to supervisor/manager for resolution

•    Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws and regulations; 

•    Assist with various projects as assigned by direct manager Job Qualifications

  B.S./B.A. in HR or Business  with minimum one year of related experience, or High School Diploma/GED with minimum three years of related HR/Onboarding Administrative experience in a fast paced, customer-focused environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Forms, etc.) Knowledge in Smartsheets is a plus and Zoom preferred Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple activities while maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail in a complex and fast paced environment Ability to partner with a variety of key stakeholders to support new talent onboarding and enhance employee experience
