Serve as a senior sales leader, relationship manager and strategic business partner responsible for addressing a growing market opportunity, expanding new business opportunities within and beyond existing customer accountswith a focus on life sciences R&D, including safety and regulatory spaces.

Essential Functions• Master Data Transformation & AI (including NLP) product knowledge to build out new business, working with cross-functional experts and segment leaders.• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all related IQVIA offerings/services for appropriate cross-sell opportunities.• Master ability to navigate assertively in a complex multi-channel organizational context to address a range of use cases and personas for IQVIA’s Data Transformation & AI solutions.• Actively network in the industry to establish relationships and to identify potential opportunities.• Establish and manage an effective business development program to maximize organization growth.• Continuously monitor status of Customer Account Plans and business targets to ensure a pipeline of opportunities is maintained.• Identify market needs, trends, competitive threads, opportunities.• Collaborate with Senior Management and functional managers as needed to drive growth.• Lead proposal preparation meetings and/or proposal defense meetings as needed.• Provide regular business updates related to sales activities with management.• Research and identify target markets, build relationships, perform in-depth presentations, strategic analysis, and execution of implemented plans.

• Lead prospecting and discovery calls with potential clients, and facilitate subsequent meetings and product demos with technical experts as appropriate.

Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or scientific discipline Req• Experienced in sales/business development for tech-enabled / AI-enabled offerings and products • 10+ years relevant industry experience (CRO/Pharmaceutical/Healthcare)• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience Req• Proven track record at mid-level and high-level contacts• Excellent Business/Industry awareness and analytical skills• Solid understanding of commercialization and the principles of drug discovery and development• Ability to identify and develop sales leads• Ability to influence others both internally and externally• Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities• Demonstrated ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment• Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities• Ability to maintain demanding timelines• Ability to work independently and as a team player• Excellent skills using Microsoft Office Suite: MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $133,000.00 - $226,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
