Join ICON plc in the Czech Republic as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

As a Clinical Research Associate at ICON, you’ll work within a large-scale, fast-paced environment alongside a close-knit team of highly qualified CRAs to identify, select, initiate and close-out investigational sites for clinical studies in phases II – IV, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and principles of ICH-GCP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site evaluations, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
  • Ensure strict compliance with the study protocol, regulatory requirements, and company procedures
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with investigators, site staff, and study teams
  • Execute site management activities to guarantee the quality and integrity of the studies
  • Monitor and report on study progress, proactively addressing and resolving site issues

Qualifications:

  • 18+months of monitoring experience in phase I-III trials as a CRA
  • College degree in medicine, science or equivalent
  • Previous monitoring experience in medium-sized studies, including study start-up and close out
  • Good knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, local regulatory standards and clinical trial processes
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel and work independently
  • Availability to travel least 60% of the time (international and domestic – fly and drive) and should posses a valid driving license
