  • Consulting & Services  – Symphony offers a comprehensive set of retrospective and prospective commercial analytics, enabling clients to leverage Symphony and other data to improve brand performance.  With deep expertise in patient analytics, promotion optimization, media measurement, targeting & segmentation and managed markets, Symphony offers our clients access to the expertise and analytics necessary to make effective decisions and improve their performance.

Leveraging Symphony’s comprehensive data assets, Vantage applications, HealthCloud platform, and data integration capabilities, this team offers customized, technology-enabled services to clients and act as a key interface with internal technology and operations teams.

What will you do?

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for effective and efficient implementation of custom large scale data aggregation and integration projects centered around Symphony Health’s proprietary patient de-identification process and typically including multiple data sources such as Specialty Pharmacies, Diagnostic Labs, and HUBS. The CRM will act as the key client interface and project manager and is directly responsible for ensuring client satisfaction while achieving project profitability objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Excellence - The CRM will act as a key client interface and project manager, ensuring successful project execution.  This resource will work closely with Symphony Health IT and Operations to implement custom integration/aggregation solutions, ensuring will ensure that the solutions are operationally sound and are delivered in a consistent and reliable manner.

  • Contribute to High-performing Team – The CRM will work with the Directors, Managers, Practice Leaders, and Principals to ensure the practice is staffed with knowledgeable, effective resources. 

  • Achieve Financial Objectives - The CRM will be directly responsible for project-level profitability, effectively managing project scope and resources to “deliver as committed.” 

  • Offerings Development – The CRM will support the definition and implementation of new HDS offerings that have substantial market potential. 

What do you have?

  • 7+ years experience in a professional services firm providing IT-related services to the biopharmaceutical industry

  • Possess expertise in biopharmaceutical commercial processes, knowledge of commercial analytics and supporting business intelligence platforms, and experience with prescriber, payer and patient data derived from claims and clinical sources

  • Extensive knowledge of data integration and management

  • Ability to effectively engage with clients to understand their needs, document requirements, and ensure delivery excellence

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal teams including Product Management, Operations, IT to deliver on commitments and support development of the core platforms

  • Proven track record of leading project teams and delivery excellence

  • Ability to travel 25% nationally

  • Undergraduate technical or management degree

  • PMP certification preferred
