Commercial Coordinators provide logistical support to ensure compliance, accuracy, efficiency, and consistency throughout contract and proposal processes.

A day in the Life:
  • Monitors mailboxes and ensures requests for proposals (RFPs) and contract modifications (MOD) are complete.
  • Monitors tracking system for allocation completion and sends official notification to bidding teams.
  • Performs RFP/MOD allocations to ensure appropriate representation based on therapeutic area of expertise.
  • Enters data into application systems for accurate reporting and posts RFP documents to ensure that accurate bid information is available to stakeholders.
  • Provides logistical support to the department.

Keys to Success:
  • High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
  • In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong organization skills and time management skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering high quality results
  • Ability to deal professionally with highly confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
