How you will make an impact?

We are seeking a Global Digital Marketing Specialist to support our digital go-to-market activities for sample preparation instruments and reagents, which encompass products for in-Vitro diagnostic use (IVD) and research-use only (RUO). You will own and lead several digital channels, including social, display, email, paid search, and direct buy. You will support the development of digital marketing strategies, demand generation, campaign optimization and generate reports to make data-driven decisions. You will be partnering with global digital partners for implementation.

The core of your role will be to support our customers’ digital experience. You would lead the implementation of various digital marketing programs. We use these programs to support expansion and growth of the company’s products and services, to use data to improve the reach of our products & services, and to deliver on our growth expectations. What will you do?

  • Enable and initiate global activities across digital marketing channels to support execution on a global level with a regional touch in social, display, paid search, 3rd party etc. Knowledge of programmatic display is a plus.
  • Delivery of ongoing reporting and campaign analysis using Adobe Analytics, Power BI and others available tools.
  • Create and optimize social and display campaigns across EMEA, NA, APJ, LATAM and GC regions with regionalized and global vendors.
  • Review and create audience segmentation to meet global business goals for different regional AOP targets.
  • Look for innovation in digital, present and sell-in ideas and lead the execution.
  • Work closely with Global and Regional Market Development Managers to support all digital programs in a global scale.
  • Assist with strategy and execution of digital marketing channels and processes across multiple areas of business.
  • Take an omnichannel approach and build a strategy to reach customers through the different stages of funnel to drive awareness, demand, and conversion of Sample Prep products.
  • Work with internal channel lead(s) to learn, share, and implement outstanding digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct detailed audience analyses crafting, curating, and running vertical, retargeting and look alike audiences cross-BU and cross-divisional.
  • Assist with invoice and budget management and other related financial tasks for end of fiscal period/quarter.
  • Regularly conduct benchmark analysis and prepare reports for business partners.
  • May also perform other duties as required and/or assigned
  • Travel might be required (Up to 10%).

How will you get here?
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related degree is required.
  • 3+ years of proficient in marketing, e-business, analytics, or other closely related position.
  • Strong understanding of all digital channels, standard processes and ability to implement those.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills (presentation, email, conference calls, etc.).
  • Analytical thinking skills and experience in analyzing trends on a business and capable of turning into reports and presentations.
  • Strong discernment and customer focused mentality.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00–$125,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
