Job Responsibilities

  • Attend daily Tier-1 stand up meeting.
  • Mechanical Assembly, Pneumatic assembly, Valve tubing Plumbing as per assembly drawings and instructions.
  • Highlight issues in time and support to find out root cause to avoid repetitive failures.
  • Replacing damaged/defective components as needed.
  • Ensure work as per SOP. Understand specifications, fill the formats and keep the records.
  • Sub-Assemblies and Instrument assembly as per customer order and configuration
  • Support ISO Activities and keep record of traceability for subassembly and final product.
  • Support Practical Process Improvement (PPI) activity.
  • Ensure all the test and measuring equipment are calibrated.
  • Monthly training as per plan and update skill matrix board. Ensure training log filled and signed.
  • Send OEE on daily basis.
  • Complete Thermo Fisher university trainings on time as per Thermo Fisher university learnings.
  • Maintain 5S on shopfloor.
  • Monitor monthly PMD Goals and take necessary actions to meet the targets.
  • Support R&D for Validation
  • Adhering to all work site safety rules and regulations. Use PPE while working.
