PATHEON, membre du groupe Thermo Fisher Scientific, leader mondial dans la sous-traitance pharmaceutique (développement et fabrication de produits pour l’industrie pharmaceutique et biotechnologique) recherche, pour son site français situé à Bourgoin Jallieu (Env. 530 pers.) un stagiaire Ingénieur de production pour une durée de 6-8 mois.

Les missions identifiées seront :

• Optimisation des nettoyages dans l’atelier Formes Solides avec standardisation des méthodes entre Formes Solides et PDS

• Analyse des temps de nettoyage actuels : Stagiaire + Production + PPI

• Amélioration des nettoyages passant par du SMED , méthode ( outils de nettoyage , Laverie , machine de lavage  … )

• Standardisation des méthodes de nettoyage entre Formes Solides et PDS

• Mesure des gains journaliers des nettoyages suite aux optimisations

• Mise à jour des MOP, WI et SOP

• Formation des équipes aux nouvelles méthodes de nettoyage

• Intégration du nettoyage dans l’intégration d’un nouveau produit

Profil : Étudiant d'ingenierie généraliste ou génie industriel, idéalement pharmacien-ingénieur (ou connaissance des BPF)

PATHEON, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific group is a global leader in pharmaceutical outsourcing (development and manufacturing of products for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry), is currently seeking intern for 6 to 9 months intern production engineer for its site located in Bourgoin Jallieu, France (approximately 530 employees).

Main actions:

• Optimization of cleaning in the Solid Forms workshop with standardization of methods between FS and PDS.

• Analysis of current cleaning times: Trainee + Production + PPI

• Improvement of cleaning through SMED, methods (cleaning tools, laundries, washing machines, etc.)

• Standardization of cleaning methods between commercial Solid Forms and Development

• Measurement of daily cleaning gains following optimizations

• Updating MOPs, WIs and SOPs

• Training teams in new cleaning methods

• Integration of cleaning into the integration of a new product

Profile: general engineer or industrial engineer, ideally pharmacist-engineer (or GMP knowledge)
