How will you make an impact?

We are looking for a dynamic, data-driven self-starting Supply Chain Planning professional with a strong emphasis on production planning and cross-functional collaboration. As part of our planning team, you will translate customer forecast to production demand, run rate, balancing production capacity to meet customer demand.

You will identify material and capacity risks and propose mitigation to meet the customer demand.

You will put your process improvement expertise to work by reviewing current process and proposing more efficient ways. You will adopt our 4i Values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement in your everyday interaction with our customers, suppliers, partners, and your team.

What will you do?

  • Develop production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and materials inventory levels.
  • Responsible for OTD (On Time Delivery), Customer Required Date Performance, On time Work Order release.
  • Evaluating materials availability and production capacity to ensure WO releases and completion on time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional supply chain and manufacturing teams to identify delivery risks and build mitigation plans.
  • Provide regular reports on production and scheduling performance, including key performance indicators and variance analysis and make data-driven decisions to optimize production resources.
  • Report to the leadership team regarding existing orders, challenges, and production forecasting
  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet production targets and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast and planning processes, streamline workflows, and increase operational efficiency.
  • ERP infrastructure set up and maintenance including lead times.

How will you get here?

Education:

  • Minimum required education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations management, business administration, or a related field.
  • APICS certified in Planning & Inventory Management preferable.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain (manufacturing planning/ scheduling preferred)
  • Proficiency in ERP systems.
  • Data Governance experience from initiation to completion.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, recommend solutions, and drives continuous improvements to completion.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-layered environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, & Outlook), PowerPoint, Power BI.
