Lead Learning & Development Specialist

As a Lead Learning & Development Specialist, you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

As a key member of the Drug Development Learning And Development team, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives for the eQuality Suite including management of the daily operational documents and training activities owned by Drug Development L&D.  The role will also support other training initiatives as needed.

Veeva LMS Administration: 

• Upload course material as needed and assign appropriate roles to courses (as outlined in the training matrices)
• Run training reports in Veeva as needed for audits, etc.
• Assist with Veeva process questions where applicable (provide admin report)
• Generate metrics reports to be distributed to management

Other Duties: 

• Must have experience with Articulate 360
• Maintain the Lunch and Learn schedule
• Act as facilitator during remote sessions (monitor questions in chat, record sessions, support presenters and participants as needed) 
• Create and send invitations to lunch and learn sessions as well as set up webex and distribute post session slides and recording links
• Assist with composition and distribution of Quarterly Newsletter
• Update and maintain the SharePoint site as needed
• Manage quarterly new Hire Orientation
• Monitor the Drug Development mailbox and address/escalate issues as needed
• Create and distribute annual L&D Needs survey and compile a report of findings
• Assist facilitators with scheduling and delivery of Leadership Development programs

Other administrative duties to support the Drug Development L&D Team:

• Alert QA management of issues and trends for system, procedures and training.

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific discipline
• Must have experience with Articulate 360 
• At least 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry in a quality and compliance document and training management role
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects; ability to multitask and work both independently and within multi-disciplinary teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Power Point) is required, as well as familiarity and working knowledge of key software applications relevant to electronic document management systems (e.g., Veeva Quality Vault).)
