Job Summary
As a Contract Associate for our Contracts team at our Senneville (Montreal West) site, you will be responsible for negotiating legal contracts for the company.
In this role, key responsibilities will include:
• To review and revise CRL contract templates prior to final legal review. • To negotiate terms and conditions of CRL and or client forms of Master Service Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Subcontract and Consulting Agreements and any other contractual documents. • To track and follow-up each negotiation. • To create legal wording as required for legal review, from time to time. • To train appropriate employees on company’s standard contract procedures. • Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Key Elements
We are looking for the following minimum qualifications for this role:
- Attended CEGEPS and University
- Up to 4 years experience in contract work.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
