Trial Mgmt Suite - Subject Matter Expert Lead

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Develop an in-depth understanding of the Life Sc. DTMS - Clinical Product and underlying data assets and models/methods Define the solution concept design for building commercially viable products / custom solutions leveraging platform components, reusable modules and existing product capabilities
•Work closely with product management and product development to define and document the business and deployment processes
•Work closely with product management and product development to research, analyse, and derive business,
functional and technical requirements.
•Work with Sales team members in supporting RFP solutions proposals, deploying the products to clients and help with client specific business process and change management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
•5+ years of experience in Clinical Life Sciences
•5+ proven experience working with Clinical Operations and RBM (Risk based monitoring) business processes
•5+ years of experience in interacting with clients with products features & functionality
•Knowledge of enterprise customer requirements in data ingestion and migration, data processing and business
intelligence.
•Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
•Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
•Excellent written, verbal communication and negotiating skills, with customers, team and stakeholders
