Clinical Trial Results:
Saftey and efficacy of two different doses of Neramexane mesylate as preemptive analgesic and add-on therapy to opioids in the management of postoperative pain. A randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, sequential, dose-escalating, multicentre study.
