This high-profile team work on ground-breaking problems in health outcomes across disease areas including Ophthalmology, Oncology, Neurology, Chronic diseases (such as diabetes), and a variety of very rare conditions. The team works hand-on-hand with Statisticians, Epidemiologists and disease area experts across the wider global Real World Solutions group, leveraging a vast variety of anonymous patient-level information. The data encompasses IQVIA’s access to over 530 million anonymised patients as well as bespoke, custom partnerships with healthcare providers and payers.

Our AIML team is at the intersection of data and healthcare. With data volume increasing exponentially, AI and machine learning capabilities are more powerful than ever. We are at a time of unprecedented potential for human health.  You will be part of the IQVIA AIML product team, which is building  AI enabled software  help customers from clinical to commercial to enhance precision, increase speed, and scale to meet evolving challenges.

The Production Operations lead is accountable for the end to end delivery for all Product features,  Client deployments,  service transition, service improvement  to enable product teams to build and  meet the objectives of the business.

The Role

• Work with DevOps manager to deliver reliable services for our  Product teams , so that they can focus on effectively and efficiently supporting our clients
• Own the production release strategy and work with product teams in communication, planning and managing the product releases, responsible for working with business  and product team to achieve client project deliverables.
• Work cross functionally with members of the Products and Platform management team on the implementation operational plan
• Effective end-to-end delivery of system solutions to address business problems in line with the needs of the allocated business area.
• Putting in place  a operational plan for transitioning new features/client delivers into operation
• Formalising standardised IT operations processes and resources to meet required service outcomes.
• Ensuring that there is complete visibility and transparency of service performance, and that this is widely communicated across the business as part of a regularised process of monthly service review.
• Identifying service delivery risks and putting in place mitigating actions to prevent those from materialising and adversely affecting services
• Manage a global team with direct reports in multiple countries. Mentors and guides staff to develop and mature their competencies
