목표:

  • 완전관해 또는 부분관해를 달성한 환자에게 말초혈액 줄기세포이식(PBSCT)을 포함하는 회수 요법 후 재발성 호지킨 림프종 및 비호지킨 림프종 환자의 코호트에서 실패 없는 생존율을 추정합니다.
  • 이 환자들에서 완전/부분 관해 후 실패 없는 생존율을 추정합니다.
  • 이러한 환자에서 이식 후 정상 골수 기능 회복까지의 시간을 특성화합니다.

개요: 환자는 말초 혈액 줄기 세포(PBSC) 수확 전에 골수 생검 및 흡인에 이어 재유도 화학 요법의 2개 과정을 받습니다. 수확 시 골수 침범이 여전히 존재하는 경우 유도 화학 요법의 2가지 추가 과정이 제공됩니다.

PBSC 이식 준비 요법은 다음으로 구성된 재유도 요법 과정을 완료한 후 2주 이내에 시작해야 합니다.

  • -8, -7 및 -6일에 3시간 동안 Carmustine IV

  • 1차 유도 요법 후 첫 번째 재발 또는 불응성에서 조직학적으로 확인된 비호지킨 림프종

  • 조직학적으로 확인된 Hodgkin 림프종은 1차 유도 요법 후 재발 또는 불응성(즉, 표준 유도 화학요법의 결론에서 관해 달성에 실패함)에 관련된 하나 이상의 결절 영역이 있는 화학요법 후 첫 번째 재발입니다.

    • 낮은 병기의 결절성 질환에 대해서만 이전 방사선 요법 없음

두 과정의 재유도 화학요법 후 골수 생검 및 말초 혈액 줄기 세포(PBSC) 수확 전에 흡인. 수확 시 골수 침범이 여전히 존재하는 경우 유도 화학 요법의 2가지 추가 과정이 제공됩니다.
