목표:

  • 옥살리플라틴, 플루오로우라실, 류코보린 칼슘 및 이리노테칸의 조합으로 치료받은 국소 진행성, 국소 재발성 또는 전이성 대장 선암종 환자의 진행 시간을 비교하십시오.

질병 특성:

  • 조직학적 또는 세포학적으로 확인된 국소 진행성, 국소 재발성 또는 전이성 결장직장 선암종으로 수술이나 방사선 요법으로 치료할 수 없음

    • 이전 외과적 절제 후 전이성 암의 방사선학적 또는 임상적 증거가 발생한 환자에서 조직학적 또는 세포학적 요구 사항은 면제됩니다.

      • 1차 수술 후 5년 이상 경과한 경우 또는
      • 원발성 암은 1기 또는 2기였습니다.
  • 1차 병변 부위는 내시경, 방사선학적 또는 외과적으로 대장에 있거나 확인되었어야 합니다.
