사전 등록 자격 기준:
- 환자는 B 세포 만성 림프구성 백혈병(CLL)의 초기 유동 세포 측정 확인 후 6개월 이내에 있어야 합니다. 이 간격은 질병의 초기 유세포 분석 확인으로 시작됩니다.
다음을 포함하는 CLL의 임상 및 면역 표현형 증거:
2.1 > 5,000/μL의 절대 림프구 증가증
- 형태학적으로, 림프구는 55% 미만의 전림프구로 성숙한 것으로 보여야 합니다.
- 지역 기관 림프구 표현형은 다른 범T 세포 마커가 없는 상태에서 B 세포 마커(CD19, CD20, CD23)를 CD5 항원과 공유하는 우세한 B 세포 단일클론 집단을 밝혀야 합니다.

실험적: 팔 I
환자는 1주차 1, 3, 5일차에 이어 5, 9, 13, 17, 21주차 1일차에 4시간에 걸쳐 리툭시맙 IV를 투여받는다.
환자는 또한 1주차, 5주차, 9주차, 13주차, 17주차 및 21주차의 1-5일차에 플루다라빈 인산염 IV를 30분 이상 투여받습니다.
화학면역요법 완료 후, 환자는 질환이 진행될 때까지 3개월마다 추적관찰한다.
질병 진행 시 환자는 위와 같은 화학면역요법 또는 다른 치료 요법으로 재치료를 받습니다.

질병이 진행될 때까지 3개월마다 환자를 추적합니다.
질병 진행 시점에 환자는 1군에서와 같이 리툭시맙과 인산플루다라빈을 투여받습니다. 이후 두 번째 질병이 진행될 때까지 환자를 3개월마다 추적합니다.
두 번째 질병이 진행된 환자는 위와 같은 화학면역요법 또는 다른 치료 요법으로 재치료를 받습니다.
