기본 목표:

I. 고위험 무증상, 무증상 다발증에 대한 치료로 레날리도마이드를 투여받은 환자에서 중요한 장기 기능(예: 심장, 간 또는 혈전색전증)에 영향을 미치는 3등급 이상 반응 또는 모든 4등급 이상의 비혈액 이상 반응의 위험을 연구하기 위해 골수종. (2단계) II. 고위험 무증상, 무증상 다발성 골수종에서 레날리도마이드를 투여받은 환자와 관찰 단독 관찰 사이의 치료를 나타내는 사망 또는 증상성 골수종의 발달로 실패를 정의하는 무진행 생존을 비교합니다. (3단계)

  • 환자는 다음 두 가지 모두에 의해 확인된 바와 같이 지난 60개월 이내에 무증상 고위험 아급성 다발성 골수종(SMM) 진단을 받아야 합니다.

    • 무작위화 전 4주 이내에 골수 흡인 및/또는 생검을 통해 얻어야 하는 골수를 포함하여 연구 치료를 시작하기 전에 언제든지 >= 10% 형질 세포 또는 형질 세포 시트가 있는 골수 형질세포증
