기본 목표:

I. CTCAE(Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events)를 사용하여 파클리탁셀 유발 말초 신경병증(TIPN)의 이전 생식계열 예측인자를 전향적으로 검증합니다. 구체적으로, 이 연구는 고위험 TIPN 유전자형을 가진 환자가 저위험 유전자형을 가진 환자보다 등급 2-4 TIPN이 훨씬 더 많다는 것을 입증할 것입니다.

2차 목표:

  • 환자는 알려진 I-III기 침습성 유방암 진단을 받은 여성이어야 합니다. 등록은 진단일로부터 84일 이내에 이루어져야 합니다.
  • 환자는 정보에 입각한 동의를 제공할 능력과 의지가 있어야 합니다.

  • 환자는 신보조 또는 보조를 받을 계획이 있어야 합니다.

    • 3주마다 도세탁셀 x 4-6주기 또는
    • 주간 파클리탁셀 x 4 주기
