2차 목표:

I. MGMT 프로모터 메틸화가 있는 새로 진단된 GBM 환자에서 두 가지 알킬화제 테모졸로마이드 및 로무스틴과 방사선 요법(RT)을 사용한 요법이 무진행 생존(PFS) 대 테모졸로마이드를 사용한 표준 화학방사선 요법을 유의하게 연장하는지 확인합니다.

  • 1단계 등록: 알려진 IDH 돌연변이 없음. (1단계 등록 전에 검사한 경우, 현지 또는 기타 검사에서 종양에 IDH 돌연변이가 있는 것으로 알려진 환자는 부적격이며 등록되어서는 안 됨)
