이 연구의 목적은 탈모증 areata의 치료를위한 연구 의학 (리틀에 시티 닙이라고 함)의 안전성과 효과에 대해 배우는 것입니다. 탈모증 areata는 두피, 얼굴 및 신체 부위의 탈모를 유발하는 질병입니다.
Ritlecitinib는 많은 국가에서 심한 탈모증 areata가있는 환자의 치료를 위해 하루에 한 번 입으로 섭취 한 50 mg (밀리그램)의 용량으로 승인됩니다. 이 연구는 50 mg 용량과 100 mg 용량을 모두 살펴볼 것입니다.
이 연구는 다음과 같은 참가자를 찾고 있습니다.
- 12 세 이상입니다
- 탈모증 areata 진단이 있습니다
- 두피에서 머리카락의 50% 이상을 잃었습니다.
- 탈모를 일으키는 다른 조건이 없습니다.
- 탈모증 areata를 위해 복용 할 수있는 다른 모든 치료법을 기꺼이 중단하려고합니다.
이 연구에서 약 550 명의 참가자가 참여할 것입니다.
참가자는 우연히 모자에서 이름을 그리는 것처럼 2 개의 다른 양의 리틀에 시티 닙 (50mg 및 100mg) 중 1 개 중 1 개 중 1 개 중 1 개 중 1 개로 입수하여 입으로 선택됩니다.
이 연구에서 2 회 용량의 리틀에 시티 닙은 서로와 이전 연구의 데이터와 비교 될 것입니다. 이것은 100mg의 리틀에 시티 닙이 안전하고 효과적인지 확인하는 데 도움이 될 것입니다.

실험적: Ritlecitinib 50 mg
Participants in Part 1 will be randomized to Ritlecitinib 50 mg QD for 24 weeks. Depending on response status at Week 24 (ie, whether the participant has a SALT score of less than or equal to 20), the participant may be re-randomized to Ritlecitinib 50 mg QD or Ritlecitinib 100 mg QD for another 24 weeks. Data from participants who are non-responders (ie, had a SALT score greater than 20) at Week 24 and re-randomized to Ritlecitinib 50 mg will be augmented with data from an External Ritlecitinib 50 mg QD Group for comparisons at Week 48. The External Ritlecitinib 50 mg QD Group will be constructed using patient-level data from the appropriately chosen Pfizer clinical study in participants who received Ritlecitinib 50 mg QD and were non-responders at Week 24 and continued receiving ritlecitinib 50 mg QD up to Week 48. In addition to the active Ritlecitinib 50 mg capsule, a placebo capsule matching the Ritlecitinib 100 mg capsule will be given in order to maintain the blind. |
