  Manages and/or provides expertise within a global data management function, usually with responsibility for one specific area of focus.
  
  Essential Functions
  • Provides expert subject matter expertise on global data management, providing guidance and advice.
  • Interacts with marketing, client services, production, development, and local countries worldwide to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Advises relevant parties on impact of global data changes and recommend course of action.
  • Provides input to development projects relating to new global client offerings or to new production/service methods.
  • May plan, organize, manage, and control the activities of a global data management activity or team within a specific area of focus.
  • May manage projects or sections of data projects (depending on the size and complexity) and report on progress and issues.
  • May undertake specific activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of global data and ensure compliance with agreed data standards across IQVIA.
  
  Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Req
  • Six (6) years experience in relevant organization - pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical information experience including activity or management experience. Req
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

  Justification
  The MDM manager is responsible for the day to day management of work assignments, training and HR responsibilities of the MDM team which is composed of 2 analysts, 5 master data coordinators. Manager is also responsible for the daily communication of work assignments for ongoing project deliverables with an offshore team in Manila.
  Duties include project management, data investigation and frequent meetings and communications with internal and extern customers.
