-Uses recommended portfolio, program and project control solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking.
− Sets up project files, compiles and distributes reports.
− Provides administrative services to project boards, project assurance teams, quality review meetings and other internal project related teams.
− Provides guidance on project management software, procedures, processes,
tools and techniques.
− Ensures all relevant documentation is compiled and maintain as per the
relevant SOP / Regulatory guidance.
− Uses database management system software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics.
− Carries out agreed database maintenance and administration tasks.
− Provides advice and guidance to support adoption of methods and tools and adherence to policies and standards.
− Tailors processes in line with agreed standards and evaluation of methods and tools.
− Reviews and improves usage and application of methods and tools.
− Takes responsibility for understanding client requirements, collecting data,
delivering analysis and problem resolution.
− Identifies, evaluates and recommends options, implementing if required.
− Collaborates with, and facilitates stakeholder groups, as part of formal or informal consultancy agreements.
− Seeks to fully address client needs, enhancing the capabilities and effectiveness of client personnel, by ensuring that proposed solutions are
properly understood and appropriately exploited.
− Contributes to the maintenance, updates and delivery of training, training records and training catalogue.
− Implements stakeholder engagement/communications plan.
− Deals with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information.
− Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder management.
− Helps develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships
− Carryout any other reasonable duties as requested.Qualifications− Experience using tools to communicate progress to Stakeholders
− Understanding of Agile and project Management methodologies (preferably Scrum), UML, Object Orientated, Data
− Experience of working in and knowledge of the life sciences sector
− Awareness of Project Lifecycle and Project Management methodologies
− Modeling, Process Modeling and/or other development methodologies
− Experience of working in and knowledge of the life sciences sector
− Solid Professional experience in the same or very similar role
− Experience in the same or very similar role
− Relevant knowledge relating to field of study.
