The Centralized Resource Manager will work in tandem with BoldSky Creative Studio leadership and Studio Operations to continually identify ways to optimize studio delivery and efficiencies for projects and resource management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assigns available staff to projects based on their skills and experience and individual project needs. (aligning talent to task)
  • The candidate collaborates with discipline leads and Engagement Managers to mitigatebottlenecks by reallocating resources and negotiating timeline adjustments (as needed), ensuring prioritization of work.
  • The candidate must also possess an understanding of creative development and be able to identify the skill sets required to efficiently accomplish tasks.
  • Tasked with building out new ways of working for resourcing within the Boldsky Creative team, including defining processes and systems that are scalable.
  • Advocates for the systems and processes that support project delivery, including Wrike and future system modifications.
  • Continually demonstrates strong conflict resolution skills, combined with the ability to make decisions under time pressure and know when to escalate to Boldsky Leadership team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills, including strong interpersonal skills (e.g. sensitivity, understanding and maturity level in situations and surroundings).
  • The candidate monitors utilization reports and collaborates across workstreams to achieve load balancing among creative studio associates.
  • This role also oversees BoldSky's freelance creative employees (Temp Team), coordinating their schedules, monitoring availability, and ensuring completion of necessary Syneos mandatory training.
  • Provides regular insight into staff planning data.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • BS / BA (or relevant experience)
  • 5+ years experience in advertising/marketing project management or production
  • Previous supervisory experience

Skills

  • Good at establishing clear directions; effective communicator; problem-solver; adaptable communication style; organized; understands job responsibilities and skillsets of others
  • Technical Expertise: MS Office Suite; Experience with Project Management software
  • Has a keen sense of entrepreneurship, looking for opportunities for organic growth
  • Shows flexibility and the ability to manage under pressure and assist others to adapt to change
  • Possesses the maturity to rationally address issues driving conflict and elevate issues/concerns when appropriate.
  • Having a creative background a plus

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $61,000 to $95,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
