Position Summary: The Sales Training Specialist III will develop, implement, and deliver training to the Global Commercial team for the Materials and Structural Analysis Division (MSD) as part of the Global Commercial Training and Enablement team.

You will partner with our global functions within MSD to build, implement, and evaluate training programs with a particular focus on the EMEA region. These programs will be crafted and offered in a blended approach, e-learning, and (v)live. Therefore you must be confident in building and delivering training material virtually and in person.

Success will be defined through training evaluation data, training-related indicators like proficiency/ competency assessment, key performance metrics, and other relevant parameters.

Key responsibilities:

  • We will help support the sales organization's training efforts with your focused attention on understanding and delivering on the needs of our commercial team in EMEA.
  • Assist in crafting and leading training programs and tools, including Onboarding programs, advanced curriculum trainings, and other critical annual and ad hoc programming.
  • Ensure resources are in place and processes are established, maintained, and supervised.

Crucial Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Have a recognized training qualification or have worked in a dedicated training role within a related industry for at least three years.
  • Ability to expertly deliver training sessions effectively in virtual and in-person settings.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have a consistent track record of collaboration with multiple collaborators.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and manage time effectively.
  • Must have experience building e-content.

Desirable Requirements

  • Sales experience with a preference for capital equipment sales.
  • Certification to deliver the Korn Ferry/ Miller Heiman methodologies (SSwP and/or CSwP)  
  • Experience administrating within an LMS.
