Role & Responsibilities

As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for executing activities facilitating a deeper relationship with Government and Health clients, including delivery support of services.

Government and Health Business Consultant:

• Delivers and provides support for a set of Government and Health customers.
• Knowledge of the IQVIA data sources, ability to think innovatively about application to this specific sector.
• Assists in driving and developing the business pipeline.
• Gathers requirements, develops custom reports, fulfills report requests and responses to customer questions under minimal supervision.
• Performs routine data analysis to develop customer specific insights and solutions to customer business challenges.
• Validates / QA’s reporting and deliverables.
• Ensure that deliverables meet customer specifications including timelines and quality.
• Identifies and delivers market insights to customers and communicates opportunities to offer greater support, internally.
• Maintains effective communications to current and new customers, externally and internally.
• Proactively develops knowledge of the government and health marketplace with emphasis on academics and researchers.
• Serves internally as the expert on assigned customers business.

About You

The skills and behaviors required for this position include: Experience within the Healthcare / Government and or Academic communities. Strong understanding of business intelligence tools is preferred, with emphasis on utilization and application. Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of the IQVIA data sources, ability to think innovatively about application to this specific sector.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Four (4) years relevant customer service &/or account management experience
• Effective communication skills (Verbal and Written)
• Technical proficiency with relational databases
• Ability to set vision and direction
• Ability to influence outcomes
• Team-orientated
