We are now recruiting for a very exciting Patient Engagement Strategist for the US. This position can be done remotely within the US.

This position will be measured based upon the effective execution of strategies and tactics that support Accellacare Research sites in meeting and exceeding study enrolment goals to meet revenue goals; through the increased leveraging of Healthcare institution partnerships; and through the positive feedback of key stakeholders served (Site staff, network staff, patients, investigators, healthcare institution partners; industry representatives).

What you will be doing:Collaborate with Finance/Contracts during budget negotiations with regard to recruitment budgets, recruitment labor, and ensuring verbiage in the contracts benefit recruitment efforts for Accellacare Research.Developing effective advertisement copy for patient recruitment efforts, including but not limited to print ads, online ads, patient letters and other EMR-based communications, physician letters, and more while following the appropriate Accellacare Research, Healthcare Partner, and Sponsor-provided brand standardsInitiating correspondence with sponsors/CROs for pre-approval of recruitment proposals as applicable and advertising campaigns which then can be submitted to the Regulatory Coordinator at each site for IRB submission; will make necessary revisions to advertising campaigns as necessary.Work closely with assigned sites to develop communication and marketing strategies in order to meet site revenue targets and deliver on commitments to our industry partners.Maximize healthcare institution relationships via EMR access, patient education, patient recruitment and related events. Promote integration and awareness throughout the institution, Accellacare Research organization and industry.Development of community and industry outreach initiatives.Contribute to industry marketing initiatives that effectively communicate Accellacare Research's experience and therapeutic capabilities in order to secure new business opportunities and the communication of the efforts and their results to key stakeholders within the organizationCommunicate and provide guidance on tactical marketing functions for assigned sites to Communications Associate(s), including advertising placement, financial reconciliation of advertising expenditures, recruitment labor invoicing, web postings, mailings, emails, social media, etc.Process all recruitment labor to maximize revenue by providing detailed documentation of the charts reviewed and completing invoices per the sponsor's specifications.Collaborate with other Communications Strategists on budgeting proposals/pre-approvals and marketing materials development as appropriate.Facilitate public relations efforts, including press release distribution, community awareness and education efforts.Ensure Accellacare Research Communication and Brand Standards are used throughout the organization to ensure consistency, professionalism, and reinforce the Accellacare Research brand.Complying with all federal and local regulatory requirements as well as company policies.Provide guidance to staff on effective integration of BFF and GGI at the site level.Any other responsibility determined to be necessary and appropriate for this position to ensure overall company success.Travel: Travel to other sites within the network may be required to support increases in workload and, or studies/projects as needed.

What you will have:You will have 1 - 3 years Marketing experience particularly in online Social Media platforms. Media experience would also be welcome.Bachelors degree - This could be in Marketing or Life ScienceYou will need to have a desire to work in Clinical Research.
