Internally focused – Infrastructure SupportUpgrade partnership pursuit and implementation best practices, tools and documentationCreate and maintain central reference for SME support for Enterprise accountsCoordinate support from Partnership Project Support and Training staffQualificationsWe are looking for an Industry Veteran whoUnderstands in depth how customer partnerships work in the CRO / Pharma / Biotech Clinical Research environment.Project Management and/or Account Management experience in the clinical trials area industry is considered a strong value addAdvanced (Masters-) degree in a relevant discipline is preferred but not mandatory.Extensive commercial experience in a commercial function, ideally having worked with Enterprise Clients as well as with Biotech and Small- and Medium sized clientsHas regularly had exposure to C-level with client baseAble to provide coaching, mentoring and advise to the commercial functions concerning the preparation of bid-defense meetings, presentations and strategic client engagement leading to commercial successExtensive commercial experience and a success track record in sales of clinical research services.
