Inclusion Criteria:

Inclusion Criteria:
Female participants aged 45-50 years. Willing and able to participate in the 12-week intervention program. Willing to follow the assigned dietary and facial exercise program. Willing to maintain their usual skincare routine unless otherwise instructed by the study protocol. Able to provide informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria:
Current smoking. Facial aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, laser treatment, chemical peels, or similar procedures within the predefined period before enrollment. Current dermatological disease or skin condition that may affect facial skin measurements. Uncontrolled chronic medical conditions that may influence skin health or participation in the intervention. Planned initiation of new skincare treatments, cosmetic products, or aesthetic procedures during the 12-week study period. Inability to perform the facial exercise program safely or comply with the dietary intervention and study procedures

Eksperimentell: intervention group
Participants in the intervention group will follow a 12-week combined antioxidant-rich nutrition and facial exercise program
|
Participants in the intervention group will complete a 12-week combined program consisting of an antioxidant-rich dietary intervention and structured facial exercises.
The dietary component will emphasize regular consumption of antioxidant-rich foods, while the facial exercise component will target major facial muscle groups according to a standardized exercise protocol.
Participants will be instructed to follow the program throughout the 12-week intervention period

Participants in the control group will maintain their usual diet, skincare routine, and daily lifestyle without receiving the study intervention during the 12-week period

Change in Mean Crow's Feet Wrinkle Depth
Tidsramme: Baseline to 12 weeks
|
Change in the mean bilateral crow's feet wrinkle depth from baseline to week 12, assessed using standardized three-dimensional skin imaging.
Measurements will be obtained from both sides of the face and averaged to provide the participant-level value.
Lower post-intervention values indicate improvement in wrinkle depth
