We are looking for a Project Manager to join us in this is a fantastic opportunity to work globally with your colleagues and team and make a difference to ICON.

Responsibilities;

• Lead the planning and implementation of cross-functional project(s).

• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

• Define project tasks and resource requirements.

• Develop full-scale cross-functional project plans.

• Assemble and coordinate project staff

• Manage project budget

• Plan and schedule project timelines

• Develop and Manage Risk Mitigation Strategies for projects

• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

• Provide direction and support to project team

• Quality assurance

• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.

• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

• Project evaluations and assessment of results

• Other duties as assigned

What You Need:

• Degree in related field.

• Conversant level of Japanese and fluent English skills as a minimum (very highly regarded)

• Hands on experience in managing sites in Japan for clinical trials.

• Strong insight on Japan local regulatory environment and requirements.

We will also consider those who are unable to converse in Japanese, that do have a strong working knowledge and hands on experience managing clinical trials in Japan.
