We currently require a motivated, creative and enthusiastic future professionals to join our rapidly growing Site Management division. This position is required for training and support for business analytics.

This role is working in our core clinical site management function and will provide administrative and/or technical support. The team works with multiple sponsors across a multitude of therapy areas and phases giving you the opportunity to improve and develop your experience. With strategic site relationship managers supporting you throughout your role this is a fantastic opportunity for you to embed yourself in the wider clinical operations team and work on ground-breaking new medicine development.

About Internship:

The program will introduce you to an overview of clinical research work and existing departments and their roles in the clinical research project lifecycle to understand the domain and what and how each IQVIA role is performing, tools and systems used. When you complete our designed training curricula you will increase your clarity about our domain and also, to demonstrate your competencies, skills and key learning from this program, by completing some activities that will be allocated to you.

The role: Responsibilities

• Responsible to reconcile SAP Grant Payment Report to Excel Grant Payment Report for assigned Sponsors’ studies, as well as reconcile the total GPS Sponsor balance to the Corporate Sponsor Balance on a monthly basis per SSAE16 Controls.

• Responsible to accurately complete all necessary journal entries as assign.

• Responsible to quality review CTA and Payment Intake form setups to determine appropriate SAP vendor and payment method for Payments staff for assigned Sponsor’s studies, inclusive of bank entry validation for the Accounting dept.

• Responsible for SharePoint tracker completion for assigned sponsors.

• On an annual basis, assist with 1099 and other country tax reporting as assigned

• Special projects involving maintenance of the vendor database in SAP, and SOP Maintenance, as required

• Other duties as assigned

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration/ Business Analytics is desirable

• Evidence of effective problem – solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

•Be an expert and enjoy working with complex databases. Very good Excel skills

• Evidence of strong team work and communication skills.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English (C1) and Romanian.

• Duration: 6 months-Full time

• Location: Office-based-Bucharest (some days you can work from home)
