Key Role and Responsibilities
  • Support financial reporting, analysis and planning process for MSD Global Semiconductor Business. Manage and drive FP&A workstreams, including forecast and budgeting process, business reviews and reporting. Identify key risk and opportunities; work with Regional leaders to drive upsides and mitigate risks.
  • Commercial business partnership. Support strategic planning and initiatives, provide analytics that allow Commercial teams to identify business insights and drive growth opportunities.
  • Analyse business performance against key metrics to identify pertinent financial insights and drive required actions.
  • Drive functional excellence through improved processes, analytics and reports to continuously better the support to business partners. Identify opportunities to streamline routine analysis, creating leverage through automation and developing business intelligence capability.
  • Lead and coordinate Annual Operating Plan and STRAP at the Global level for MSD Semiconductor business and prepare analysis for executive review.
  • Drive alignment and support collaboration across diverse stakeholders and functions.
  • Support and participate in ad-hoc tasks or projects, such as financial modelling and analytics, supporting business cases for investment proposals.

Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 8-10 years progressive experience, preferably in MNC with experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Good commercial sense and highly analytical. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, meticulous and proficient in Excel.
  • Possess strong communication skills and able to navigate complex matrix environment. Able to work and interact with multiple stakeholders across global teams in different time-zones.
  • Self-motivated, hands-on and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen learner and can quickly learn ERP systems usage and navigation.
