Responsibilities

This position is within the Enterprise Systems supporting the Conga CLM & CPQ application within Salesforce platform. This role will lead a team that will support a CPQ system that will drive more than a billion dollars of revenue.

Knowledge of the CPQ / CLM business process and technology is a critical success factor. A primary focus is the business motivations, business operations, business analysis, and test planning that link these aspects of the enterprise together while aligning strategic goals and objectives with decisions regarding process, organization, capabilities and key initiatives.

Core Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce.com experience with hands on proven experience on Apex , Visualforce , Lightning Framework (Aura and LWC) , Data Migration using Data Loader , Declarative Platform tools (Flows , Lightning Builder etc.

  • Minimum 2 project / 1+ years of hands on experience with X-Author

  • Hands-on Experience in building and updating complex X-Author Excel & word templates

  • Hands-on Experience integrating through Apttus (Conga) CPQ APIs

  • Ability to convert small business problem statements into Excel based solution with X-Author for Excel with minimal supervision

  • Understanding of product configuration management: products, bundles, inclusion rules, recommendation rules, constraint rules

  • Understanding of Pricing management: Price dimensions, price rulesets, pricing callback class, validation callback class

  • Independently work with business analysts or end users to gather and analyze business requirements from technical standpoint

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working in an Agile environment

  • Strong Technical, Analytical and Problem-solving skills.

Certifications

  • Conga CPQ Product Administration Level 1/Level 2 Certification is a PLUS

  • Salesforce CPQ Certified is a PLUS
