Key responsibilities

  • · Complete management of customer orders according to needs of sales and service organization
  • · Coordination of customer orders in collaboration with production and other departments
  • · CRM management
  • · Improvement mindset
  • · Teamwork, drive, willingness to help and support others, proactive communication
  • · Reporting, analyzing, corrective actions setting

Education

  • MA degree, or 3. year of BA degree

Experience

  • · Work experience on a similar position in corporate manufacturing company is advantage
  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • · Fluent communication in English (both written and spoken)
  • · Knowledge of ERP-systems and MRP is advantage
  • · Knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, Outlook)
  • · Self-motivated, proactive, communicative, objectives driven personality
  • · Drive for improvement in processes and efficiency
  • · Teamwork approach
