To provide administrative support to Executive's. Plan, prioritize, and organize workload. Flexibility required. Highest level of confidentiality and diplomacy required both internally and externally.

Attend and support meetings which may require traveling.• Support executive in a broad range of activities.• Coordinate approval of work processes.• Interact with internal and external staff and customers.• Compose, prepare, distribute and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, email and other documentation for company archive and audits.• Schedule meetings, compose and distribute meeting agendas and materials. Take meeting minutes as required. File agendas and action items for company archive and audits.• Prepare itineraries, coordinate business travel and submit expense reports for executive.• Plan, coordinate and assist with meetings, conferences, seminars and company events.• Maintain/update organization charts and distribution lists.• Flexible & availability to resolve high priority, high visibility issues.• Demonstrate and promote and open working environment to encourage close teamwork and foster knowledge transfer.• Comply with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
