Role: Clinical Logistics Manager

Location: Australia (home-based)

As a Clinical Logistics Manager, you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

You will be joining one of the global healthcare leaders that has been discovering and developing medicines and treatments for well over a century. You will be part of a collaborative, growing team of clinical research professionals in Australia. 

What you will be doing:

  • Translate the clinical protocol in the best clinical supply chain for the Trial Related Material, along with all processes/training for collection processing clinical samples at the investigational sites.
  • Oversee and manage clinical logistics activities related to the assigned clinical projects (accountability for the supply strategy to the investigational sites of any ancillary supplies that includes sample collection and processing items).
  • Ensure that the transportation of samples are delivered Right First Time (RFT) to the designated lab.
  • Interact with stakeholders from several functions, consider impact of process & initiatives and communicate any changes to ensure alignment with strategy
  • Oversee external partnerships.

You are:

  • Tertiary Degree qualified
  • Extensive GCP ICH relevant clinical logistics experience working in a multidisciplinary team
  • Experienced with cold chain practises
  • Demonstrated leadership/ project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior experience working on Vaccine trials within CRO/ pharmaceutical industry is beneficial
  • You are confident working autonomously to ensure delivery of expectations
  • Good multitasking, time management and prioritisation skills
