Our Data Reconciliation Team is looking to hire Associate Data Analyst to support the team.   The Associate Data Analyst (ADA) will provide support to the Data Analyst team to ensure the overall process ofresolving the discrepant data between client (Sponsor/CRO/lnvestigator) and our database. The ADA will understand the needs of the client, analyzing their requests and taking appropriate action to update our database if needed while providing timely answers to our clients. For this purpose, the ADA is in contact with internal clients and team members assisting in the communication and negotiation of timelines. The ADA also provides administrative and technical support to internal departments, and demonstrates extensive knowledge of Labcorp database(s ).   Essential Job Duties:   ♦ Ensure a seamless communication and follow up with internal clients and teams in relation to the discrepancy solving until resolution. ♦ Analyze simple to moderate client data discrepancies, and update database accordingly to the client's needs and in compliance with the GCP rules when appropriate. ♦ Perform basic to highly complex revisions to data within Zavacor per defined data revision processes following data cleaning. ♦ Support the team Work Flow Lead and client leads in strategic operations of the data reconciliation process of data queries. ♦ Support management in implementation of global processes and procedures ensuring seamless integration. ♦ Attend mandatory DRC meetings, and participate in ongoing training initiatives regarding process and system changes or updates related to data reconciliations. ♦ Resolve database, project issues, and service failures; escalating to department Work Flow Leads, DRC management or other Labcorp departments as needed for full resolution. ♦ Maintain audit ready documentation, and provide assistance to leadership for audits, reportable issues, CAIRs or other quality issues as needed. ♦ Work in a team-oriented, global environment with the focus on customer service. Minimum Required: ♦ High school diploma, or equivalent ♦ Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook) ♦ Minimum of 2 year related experience   Preferred: ♦Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field - 2 years Labcop experience. - Trained and full comprehension of all data revisions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to make decisions independently and proactively. - Excellent organizational, planning skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely and professional manner under demanding conditions. - Proven excellent analysis skills - High level of attention to details
