Job Description

The Sales Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring smooth sales operations processes by identifying and addressing operational issues.The Sales Operations Supervisor will also be responsible for delegating and assisting subordinates in various document-related tasks, including contracts, returns and exchanges, data reporting, pipeline management, and sales forecasting. Additionally, this role will provide support for departmental projects and oversee the management of subordinates.

What will you do?           

  • Identify and analyze sales operations issues and inefficiencies, drive process optimization initiatives together with manager
  • Manage and provide guidance to subordinates, including training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales operations documentation, records, and reports
  • Assist sales team in managing various documents and tasks, such as contracts, returns and exchanges,  pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
  • Support departmental projects by effectively coordinating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of sales operations activities.
  • Keep learning, best practices, and technological advancements in sales operations

How will you get here?

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Business Administration or a scientific discipline.
  • 2 years of related customer service experience with order entry systems and processes experiences required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational issues.
  • Proficiency in document management, including contracts, returns and exchanges, data reporting, and sales forecasting.
  • Ability to effectively delegate tasks and provide guidance to subordinates.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate resources and track progress.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using sales operations software and tools.
