About the Position:

The Human Resources Manager – Advisory drives employee experience and people management philosophies for assigned business groups and is part of the HR Advisory team that ensures people managers and employees are empowered to foster and maintain a positive working relationship and environment.

This role will help create and maintain the PPD employee experience thorough effective guidance and coaching of people managers and employees to ensure proper resolution on employee relations matters and proactive development.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience advising people leaders at all levels on complex employment matters, guiding employees through sensitive situations, and investigating EEO, ADA and employment related concerns. They will have advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role requires a strong mentor to assist in developing team members through influencing, coaching, facilitation and conflict resolution. Experience working in a global organization with an HR shared services operating model is preferable.
