IQVIA Technologies is seeking an innovative Digital marketing strategist to join the IQVIA Technologies Marketing team. This individual will leverage their digital expertize with web technologies and marketing to support our business growth and deliver a strong digital presence for our brand. This individual will be responsible for digital strategy and execution plans that improve, consolidate and streamline the digital experience.

The individual in this role will combine best practices in web design and content to optimize the digital experience across the digital funnel on the Technologies website and beyond. This role requires proven experience managing large digital projects, and a clear understanding of digital best practices, integration of campaign activities, SEO, social media, digital metrics and design methods.   This individual will be comfortable leading extended teams and have proven success in creating and executing digital strategies within the B2B and enterprise space with strong preference within life sciences and healthcare.   

Responsibilities

  • Set digital marketing strategies aligned to brand and marketing objectives integrating buyers journey requirements, campaigns, social media and blogs.
  • Identify web copy and asset requirements and establish refresh cadence
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to increase web volume, duration of visits, content engagement and conversion
  • Partner with operations to optimize and understand SEO/SEM, social media marketing and campaign performance metrics
  • Build strong clients relationships across product, digital, design, social media peers
  • Keep up-to-date with target cohort preferences, entry points and proactively suggest new content and features to improve web traffic volume and stickiness
  • Optimize digital customer experience and ensure brand consistency
  • Establish best practices in digital marketing, suggesting new technologies
  • Proactively A/B test web designs, digital content and drive-to for greatest impact

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Digital marketing strategist or Digital marketing manager with preference for B2B and/or enterprise environment
  • Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
  • Experience implementing and optimizing web page design and content
  • Working knowledge of web analytic tools
  • Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices
  • Familiarity with web design and HTML
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and drive large digital projects working with key stakeholders across the organization
