Manager of Billing (T&M)

Essential Functions

• Manages the USBU Commercial Tech billing operations team in support of client invoicing for initial invoices as well as variable invoicing (T&M, expenses, service desk). 

• Participates in Kaizen events and system development calls as needed to maximize productivity, management tracking and forecasting of future workload,  customer relationship management and resolves client issues and supports infrastructure projects as needed.

• With others, identifies potential opportunities and develops plans to pursue these opportunities.

• Manages projects to create and implement new operational-related systems and processes initiatives.

• Monitors progress against plans and advising accordingly.

• Proactively works to remove roadblocks and issues hindering implementation of initiatives.

• Coordinates operations activities with other functions including service, consulting, business lines and sales, as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred

• Five (5) years of operations and/or accounting, finance knowledge required.

• Working knowledge of IQVIA products and systems.

• Good PC applications (Excel, Access, Power Queries) skills.

• Strong focus on process and detail; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Prior people management skills a plus.
