We are looking for a new member for our PROJECT ADMINISTRATION team for the department PROJECT ADMINISTRATION & SUPPORT.

Project Administration (PA) is part of the department Project Administration & Support (PAS). PA takes care of the first contact with our customers, before the actual work at Charles River is being conducted. You will ensure efficient coordination of projects in close collaboration with the account managers, finance staff, study directors, planners and other departments. At PA we process and update study related data as well as customer data in several of our databases.

Your tasks:

•    You are responsible for starting up and coordinating projects;

•    Contact with customers to request required materials and documentation;

•    Process and maintain gathered information and data;

•    Ensure that the required materials and or documentation are available on time to our internal organization;

•    Capture, process and manage company data in several systems;

•    Reporting of company data;

•    Set up and deliver time schedules to our customers; Job Qualifications

Your profile:

•    Several years of experience in similar role and/or affinity with laboratory work;

•    Relevant education,HBO/HLO level;

•    You are accurate, proactive, and capable to work under pressure;

•    You have the ability to act fast, and are able to solve problems;

•    You have a high customer satisfaction focus and are always looking for improvements;

•    You easily adapt and learn to work with several computerized systems;

•    Good communication skills in both Dutch and English;

About Safety Assessment

Charles River is committed to helping our partners expedite their preclinical drug development with exceptional safety assessment services, state-of-the-art facilities and expert regulatory guidance. From individual specialty toxicology and IND enabling studies to tailored packages and total laboratory support, our deeply experienced team can design and execute programs that anticipate challenges and avoid roadblocks for a smooth, efficient journey to market.  Each year approximately 300 investigational new drug (IND) programs are conducted in our Safety Assessment facilities.
