Role Description
We are looking for a Business Reporting Analyst to join the Global Finance Shared Services Reporting and Analytics team, to advance the organization’s management strategies by meeting the needs of the various business units for good quality data and reporting applications, including their design, development, deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and analysis of dashboards (KPIs, profitability etc.) using Tableau and/or PowerBI
  • Develop data controls and reconciliations to ensure a high level of data quality.
  • Design, develop, deploy, maintain and support the business reporting solutions, while meeting the reporting solutions documentation requirements
  • Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
  • Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
  • Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
  • Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
  • Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers
  • Assist and support project teams and business representatives throughout projects, including design of dashboard and aligning requirements
  • Find opportunities for improvements, take personal leadership to make a proposal and initiate implementation.
  • Ensure accurate knowledge sharing with other team members and stakeholders
  • Establishes strong working relationship with our key business partners and become a strong team member and point of contact.

Experience and Qualifications

  • University degree (or equivalent), preferably in finance/accounting/economics
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business/Reporting Analyst with a background in data management, reporting, analytics / business intelligence and data warehousing, preferable in Finance shared services area
  • Experience in financial reporting, passionate about timely delivery and high quality of output. Familiar with defining and tracking of KPIs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
  • Data analyses skills/working with large data
  • Experience with dashboard creation in Tableau / Power BI
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
  • Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
  • Presentation skills
  • Finance knowledge preferably from shared services area
  • Willingness to learn new tolls and expand your area of responsibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • English - Upper intermediate (B2)
