A skilled Help Desk Technician with at least 1 year of experience in:technical call centre operations providing service by communicating effectively with technical and non-technical staffdiagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving client issues
Basic purpose
To provide 1st line technical assistance to computer system users.
You will:
Answer client calls, resolving problems and providing required assistance to callersProvide technical support for PC end-usersProvide end user training.
